1. Data Sovereignty & Processing 

WisdomX Ltd ("WisdomX") operates as a "Decision Intelligence" utility. Our platform, WisdomX Orbis, is designed to integrate directly with your Microsoft Azure environment. For the duration of this pilot, all system metadata and dependency information remain within the customer’s secure "Trust Boundary". WisdomX does not permanently store or replicate your sensitive enterprise data; our agentless engine analyses technical registers to identify "Zombie Debt" and modernisation paths without the need for permanent software installation.

2. Purpose of Collection & EBITDA Recovery 

We collect minimal technical telemetry and organisational data solely for the purpose of executing the 14-day Decommissioning Pilot. This includes system inventory, cost structures, and operational dependencies required to produce the Board-Ready EBITDA Recovery Map. We utilise NIST-aligned risk scoring to identify vulnerabilities in legacy estates, ensuring that all decommissioning recommendations are auditable and compliant with enterprise governance standards.

3. Third-Party Integration & Governance 

As a Microsoft-native partner, WisdomX utilises Microsoft Entra ID for identity management and may process transactions through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. Your data is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers. All data handling aligns with UK GDPR and the security frameworks required for High-Growth Enterprise SaaS.
